Bristol Court Condo is a set of brand
new condos featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom offers a
queen bed and master bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub. The guest
rooms have a double/twin trundle bed.
These units feature a private
balcony with forever views including the marina, bay, mountains and
ocean. And it's just a short walk to miles of beachcombing near by.
When the
weather is stormy stay inside curled up around a gas fireplace
and a cup of cocoa, or browse the Internet with the wireless
Internet connection! NO Pets and NO Smoking. |
Units: A, B, C, D
All condos do require the first night plus tax for deposit. The
cancellation policy is as follows: 14 days notice is required.
If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days from date of
arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be returned,
less $15.00 accounting fee, if cancellation notice is given more
than 14 days from date of arrival.
There is a 2 night minimum
stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All condos have a cleaning
fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties.
