All condos do require the first month plus tax for deposit. The
cancellation policy is as follows: 14 days notice is required.
If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days from date of
arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be returned,
less $15.00 accounting fee, if cancellation notice is given more
than 14 days from date of arrival. All condos have a cleaning
fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties. |
