All condos do require the first night plus tax for deposit. The
cancellation policy is as follows: 14 days notice is required.
If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days from date of
arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be returned,
less $15.00 accounting fee, if cancellation notice is given more
than 14 days from date of arrival. There is a 2 night minimum
stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All condos have a cleaning
fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties. |

ground floor. It offers a dune and greenbelt view. 2 bedrooms
one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and a hide-a-bed
in the living room. This unit sleeps 6 people. Absolutely NO
Smoking and Pets are welcomed. |

The Windsong #5 is located on
the second floor and offers a fabulous ocean view with all the
touches of home. This unit has recently undergone some renovation
make it more appealing and welcoming to guests. This two bedroom
unit offers a masterbedroom with a queen size bed for sleeping
and a small electric fireplace for ambiance. The guestroom offers
a queen size bed for sleeping aswell. For the kids or a couple
additional guests, there is a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room
to help with the sleeping accomodations.
Other ammenities include a fully
stocked kitchen with all the cookingwares and appliances, the
living room has a large electric fireplace, cable TV with DVD
player (some dvd movies provided for viewing), a stereo and a
washer with dryer for convenience. Pets OK and absolutely NO
smoking. |
